Class Limit: 4

SCHEDULE:

DESCRIPTION:

No More Than 3 Reflex Trainings Allowed Per Week.

Soccer Reflex Training is essential Neuro-Soccer Cognitive Performance Training. The class uses Light and other Sensory markers to activate Central Nervous System (CNS) signals and recognition patterns while increasing the speed of subsequent muscle firing to accelerate CNS processing speeds. The Athlete will be forced to control and manipulate a soccer ball in a timed response while reacting to various stimuli, ultimately resulting in a Quicker and Faster Soccer player.

Due to the nature of this training, even though the athlete may not feel physically tired or exhausted after the session, the CNS system does stress and fatigue; therefore, it will require adequate rest. Athletes are not permitted to take any Reflex Training classes more than 3 times in a week.
